Contact
One mailbox, read by a human.
There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you write. Email keeps that between you and us.
What is especially worth writing about
- A figure that looks wrong. If a projection does not reconcile with your own arithmetic, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected. These get checked against the engine directly.
- A rule that has changed. Tax and state plan rules move. A link to the primary source is the most useful thing you can send.
- A state we have flagged as unverified. Several states’ treatment could not be confirmed against an official source, and the tools say so rather than guessing. An authoritative citation lets us fill a real gap.
- Anything about privacy. Covered in the privacy policy, but questions are welcome.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you personalised financial, tax or investment advice, recommend a specific 529 plan, or tell you what to do with your money. That is not modesty — it is the line the site is built on, and it applies to email as much as to the tools. For decisions that matter, speak to a qualified professional or to your plan administrator.
We also cannot access, change or close your 529 account. Only your plan administrator can do that.
